- Valid reason for exchange: The most important point is the reason of exchanging the product. All our pictures for every product are original , posted without any editing. We assure to deliver the same product as shown. Please refrain for asking a refund/exchange without any prompt reason such as broken product or some other genuine reason.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging, complete with all tags and accessories. Items showing signs of wear and tear or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Reverse Pickup: Should you require a replacement or exchange, we'll arrange a reverse pickup service. In areas where reverse pickup isn't available, you'll be responsible for arranging the return shipment. Please provide our customer care team with the courier receipt for further assistance.
